01DAY 01 · SCHEDULE 01
10:00 · Breath & foundational posture workshop
In a reserved Seoul studio, discuss your experience and practice comfortable breathing, stable standing and gentle spinal mobility. The instructor offers wall, chair or prop support and agrees an appropriate three-day progression.
Day 01
02DAY 01 · SCHEDULE 02
14:00 · Alignment lab: feet, hips & shoulders
Explore a small set of foundational yoga shapes at an unhurried pace. Use props to understand weight distribution and easy transitions, taking home written cues rather than trying to copy an advanced pose.
Day 01
03DAY 01 · SCHEDULE 03
17:00 · Hangang sensory walk & guided breath review
Take an accessible riverside walk with a local host, combining landscape observation with short standing or seated breath pauses. Review the morning’s practice; a formal outdoor class is offered only with a suitable authorized venue.
Day 01
04DAY 02 · SCHEDULE 01
09:00 · Gentle flow & supported balance
Return to the studio to link familiar shapes into a slow sequence. Explore balance beside a wall and adjust the pace to your breathing, avoiding competitive flexibility or demanding inversions.
Day 02
05DAY 02 · SCHEDULE 02
13:00 · Seonyudo garden walking meditation
Explore the former water-treatment plant turned ecological park. Move slowly between water gardens and planted structures, noticing how industrial traces and nature coexist; park etiquette and access shape the route.
Day 02
06DAY 02 · SCHEDULE 03
16:00 · Restorative floor practice
Use supported resting shapes and a short guided body-awareness practice in the booked studio. Learn when to reduce effort, how to use cushions and blankets and how to keep a restorative session comfortable.
Day 02
07DAY 03 · SCHEDULE 01
09:00 · Build your 20-minute travel flow
Work with the instructor to assemble a manageable sequence for mornings or long travel days. Practice the order, transitions and optional seated substitutions, and receive a concise personal cue sheet.
Day 03
08DAY 03 · SCHEDULE 02
12:00 · River walk: posture in everyday movement
Put the posture cues into ordinary walking on an accessible Han River or Seonyudo route. Alternate relaxed movement with observation pauses, without stretching across public walkways or treating the park as a reserved classroom.
Day 03
09DAY 03 · SCHEDULE 03
15:00 · Guided relaxation & practice review
Close in the studio with gentle breathing and a short relaxation practice. Ask the instructor about modifications and decide how frequently to use your new routine after returning home.

PACKAGE FAQ
Before you confirm your journey.
Important details about payment, changes, cancellation and package arrangements.
01What will be included in my final quotation?+
Accommodation, confirmed classes, meals, transfers, guiding and interpretation can be bundled through suppliers. Your itemized quotation states the agreed services, dates, room arrangement and any additional costs before you confirm. Requesting a quotation requires no payment.
02Can a group of up to 20 guests join?+
Yes, we accept requests for 1–20 guests. Quiet-space capacity, room availability and instructor ratios are checked before confirmation. A larger party may use smaller class groups and staggered sessions; the quotation explains the arrangements.
03Are these fixed departures or confirmed partnerships?+
These are tailored itinerary proposals using real Korean destinations. They do not imply a contracted partnership or a reserved session. Operating days, English or other language support, photography rules and supplier availability are verified for your dates. Any meaningful substitution is agreed with you.
04Can beginners take part?+
Tell us your experience, mobility, dietary needs and any restrictions when requesting a quotation. Movement is adapted by the instructor, religious practices are voluntary, and seated alternatives can be requested. These programs are cultural and wellbeing experiences, not medical treatment.
05What should I know before booking this program?+
Studio, instructor language, class size and private or shared format are confirmed in the quotation. Outdoor park access is weather-dependent; public walking does not imply a reserved yoga event. Class images show real yoga in Seoul and illustrate the program theme, not a specific contracted instructor.
