PACKAGE FAQ

Before you confirm your journey.

Important details about payment, changes, cancellation and package arrangements.

01What does the starting price cover?+

The starting price is Wellisia's planning and coordination fee per patient for this assessment window. It is not a treatment price. Hospital fees and practical travel services are itemized separately; the caregiver's requirements are quoted individually.

02Will treatment be completed in seven days?+

No. This is a sample assessment and care-planning window. Pathology, hospital capacity, medical findings and recovery can extend the timetable. Surgery, radiotherapy or other treatment requires a separate clinician-approved schedule and may involve a much longer stay.

03Why consider a specialist review in Korea?+

Korean tertiary heart centres offer specialist valve assessment and catheter-based or surgical pathways for suitable patients. Comparing these routes requires a heart-team review and individual risk assessment. We obtain case-specific hospital acceptance, cost information and available dates so you can compare options with your current clinician. Lower prices, shorter waits and better outcomes are not guaranteed.

04Are two activities required every day?+

No. Each day shows a clinical window and a practical support window, which may be remote. Your clinical team can replace, postpone or cancel any activity, and results may require waiting. Rest and medically necessary care take priority; no sightseeing is scheduled.

05Are the gallery photographs of my treating hospital?+

No. Gallery images illustrate consultation, care settings and practical journey support. They do not identify a confirmed hospital, clinician, procedure or outcome; those details are supplied after case acceptance.

06How are medication changes and travel decisions handled?+

Only the clinical team provides medication instructions, treatment decisions and fitness-to-travel advice. Wellisia coordinates the agreed timetable and practical support. Urgent symptoms require local emergency assessment rather than waiting for a travel package.
