PACKAGE FAQ
Before you confirm your journey.
Important details about payment, changes, cancellation and package arrangements.
01What will be included in my final quotation?+
Accommodation, confirmed classes, meals, transfers, guiding and interpretation can be bundled through suppliers. Your itemized quotation states the agreed services, dates, room arrangement and any additional costs before you confirm. Requesting a quotation requires no payment.
02Can a group of up to 20 guests join?+
Yes, we accept requests for 1–20 guests. Quiet-space capacity, room availability and instructor ratios are checked before confirmation. A larger party may use smaller class groups and staggered sessions; the quotation explains the arrangements.
03Are these fixed departures or confirmed partnerships?+
These are tailored itinerary proposals using real Korean destinations. They do not imply a contracted partnership or a reserved session. Operating days, English or other language support, photography rules and supplier availability are verified for your dates. Any meaningful substitution is agreed with you.
04Can beginners take part?+
Tell us your experience, mobility, dietary needs and any restrictions when requesting a quotation. Movement is adapted by the instructor, religious practices are voluntary, and seated alternatives can be requested. These programs are cultural and wellbeing experiences, not medical treatment.
05What should I know before booking this program?+
Jinkwansa’s referenced program is a day visit; this proposal uses two nights in local hanok or nearby lodging. Its published sequence runs approximately 10:30–13:30 and may change. Museum opening days and independently requested tea sessions are confirmed in the quotation. Temple dress and quiet rules apply; participation does not require Buddhist belief.
