These Terms govern your use of Wellisia, a Korea visit preparation and coordination service operated by MedFrontLabs. By creating an account or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Wellisia provides
Wellisia receives personalized and package quote requests and may assist with planning, clinic communication, appointment coordination, interpretation, transportation, accommodation arrangements, document preparation, and other agreed support. The exact scope, price, schedule, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation terms are confirmed in the individual quotation or written agreement sent to you.
2. Quote requests are not bookings
Submitting a request is free and does not create a booking, payment obligation, or guarantee of availability. Displayed package prices are starting estimates only. A service becomes confirmed only after Wellisia sends a final quotation or agreement, you accept its terms, and any required payment is successfully completed.
3. Medical services remain independent
Wellisia is not a medical institution and does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend a specific medical decision, or guarantee treatment outcomes. Clinics and licensed professionals independently determine consultation, suitability, treatment, price, consent, and aftercare. Unless a written quotation expressly says otherwise, clinic consultation, treatment, procedure, medication, testing, and other medical fees are paid separately to the clinic.
4. Third-party travel and support costs
Flights, hotels, transport, visas, insurance, interpretation, and other third-party services are included only when expressly listed in your final quotation. Third-party availability, schedules, rules, and fees may change. Wellisia will explain material changes before confirmation where reasonably possible.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information and update us if it changes.
- Review quotation details, dates, names, inclusions, exclusions, and provider rules before accepting.
- Obtain passports, visas, entry permission, insurance, medical advice, and any documents required for travel or treatment.
- Follow clinic and provider instructions and disclose information directly requested by the treating medical professional.
- Keep account credentials secure and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
6. Accounts and Google sign-in
You are responsible for activity under your account. Google sign-in is an optional authentication method subject to Google’s terms. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or secure the service.
7. Changes, cancellations, and refunds
The cancellation and refund rules in your accepted quotation or agreement control. Third-party charges may be non-refundable or subject to provider policies. If no special terms were provided, contact us promptly; we will explain recoverable costs and any amount eligible for refund before processing the request.
8. Reviews and user content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Wellisia a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it as necessary to operate the requested feature. Reviews must reflect genuine experience and may not contain unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, defamatory, promotional, or privacy-infringing material. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
9. Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the service, probe security, impersonate another person, submit malicious files, automate abusive requests, scrape protected content, misuse personal information, or use Wellisia for unlawful activity.
10. Intellectual property
The Wellisia name, logo, platform design, curated package descriptions, articles, software, and original content belong to MedFrontLabs or their licensors. You may use the service for personal planning but may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission.
11. Availability, disclaimers, and liability
We work to keep information and services accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, visa or entry approval, clinic availability, medical outcomes, travel schedules, or third-party performance. Nothing on Wellisia replaces professional medical, legal, immigration, or insurance advice.
To the extent permitted by law, Wellisia is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for acts and omissions of independent clinics and third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through good-faith discussion; any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules continue to apply. Questions may be sent to contact@wellisia.com.

The version accepted by a user is recorded and is not replaced by a later version. New versions will be added to this history with their effective dates.
